1. Exploiting bioactive peptides including antioxidant, antimicrobial and antihypertensive properties for human nutrition and health from marine biological resource.
2. Developing food safety test kits for the detection of microbial and industrial contaminants, natural toxins, heavy metal ions, pesticide residue and so on.
3. Developing TERS method in situ to study the interaction of cells with microplastics and nanoplastics and how their interfacial properties will influence the cell differentiation.
